as the days went by it became apparent that somehow i had to find the money so i could marry my work colleague instead of my big fat greek cousin.....

their was only 2 days to go, and i still owed my father
800'00 euros
i thought about selling the jeeps i had bought to cover the costs but decided against it.....
i really liked my jeeps

i sold everything else i had over a period of the next forty seven hours but could only raise seven hundred and twenty five thousand euros
even my drum kit had to go
but it was still not enough

i ran to the pub, it was the only thing i could think of doing: "hey boys i need some money" i said "can you help me out"

all of my friends put three euros each into a hat, and at first count i thought i had seven euros, i waaas wrooong....

i had actually raised seventy five thousand euro's, exactly the amount i needed, but on the way out i bought a packet of crisps

i had to marry my greek cousin it seemed, but surely i would die of a broken heart on the way to the altar thinking of my work colleague.........
