Subject: Rules update is a complete new set...

From some of the postings ,some guys haven't read the new rules ALL THE WAY through. Print 'em out and READ them. We have dropped references to many things. If we don't say you can't do It.... You can. That's a little different than the way you are used to doing things.Right ?
We wanted to just publish the changes, but elected to do it the easy way, Just start over....
Our idea was to Eliminate as few cars/tracks as possible and INCLUDE as many cars/tracks.
Things that come to mind are, radiators,bars,pulleys,wheels,lowering blocks,on and on..

There are a lot of GEMS in there please disregard the previous rules and use the new ones.

A few errors sneaked through..
1. Hydraulic clutches are OK
2. Fuel cell must have foam and be in a can.(disregard references to a bladder)

There may be more... Let us know if you see something that needs attention.
