You are correct in asking why.. Basically because a number of tracks don't allow it.. Having said that I hasten to mention that this is one of the "changes" on the table for the tech guys to hash out. How do I feel ? i think It's standard practice and should be allowed. we will see how much influence i have on the committee.Hang in there.. we are on your side.
