Actually there is a chestnut color with a blonde mane and tail, it's called sorrel. Sorrel has many variations though, the most common is a basic orangey-yello color including the mane and tail. Sometimes with this variation we see orange or white highlights in the mane and tail (my horse in real lif eis this color) Another variation is actually chestnut, the only reason it is still called sorrel is if the foal is born sorrel or the orangey color and turns chestnut. The most distinct sorrel variation is definetly over-all the chestnut with a blonde or white mane and tail! -Beca-
