It felt like weeks since he had had a chance to go anywhere but to school, but he was finally back out for a run. There had been some scheduling disasters with his new classes and he had a heavy course load to begin with, all that combined with the miserable winter-weather and he hadn't been up to much of anything over the last little while. He was now settled in though and the weather had cleared up - it was still chilly, but clear and dry, so there he was getting some exercise and letting his over-excitable over-sized and slightly overweight Rottweiler pup stretch her legs...

She sat on a swing, seemingly in her own world, oblivious to the kids that played around her and the funny glances she was getting for her slightly punkish dress style. Her natural blonde hair was partly dyed bright red, sections braided, others twisted. But the 16 year old payed little heed, to busy concentriting on the lyrics running throiugh her head.
