2nd Annual 2006 Valentines Day Sweetheart Beauty Pageant!
February 11, 2006 at the Macon County Jr. High School
1003 Hwy. 52 By Pass E. Lafayette, Tn.
Registration from 10:00 A.M.- 11:00 A.M.
Pageant will begin at 12:00 P.M. WITH BABIES
Attire : Pageant, Sunday Best, or Glitz
Portions of Proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital
in honor of Dylan Chandler Stafford You can read all about Dylan on his Web page

Admission $3.00 Per person 6& UNDER FREE
Each door admission will receive a ticket for a chance to win the surprise door prize to be given away by Dylan during intermission!

Beauty: we will award a Sweetheart winner, 1st, 2nd 3rd, and 4th alternates in each age division. Each Sweetheart winner will receive a Beautiful Rhinestone Heart Tiara, Custom Satin Queen Banner, & Nice Trophy! Alternates will each receive a nice trophy.

Side Events: Most Beautiful, Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, Best Dressed, and Sweetheart! All are included with beauty fee of $25

Supreme: There will be two Supreme winners in the girls divisions. One in 0-6 yrs. And 7&up. Each of these winners will receive a Beautiful Huge Round State Size Crown, 5ft. Double post trophy, Custom Valentine‘s Supreme Banner! Supreme entry fee is only $5.00!

All fees must be paid prior to your age division. A $10.00 deposit is required and must be turned in by deadline. We will accept door entries with $5 late fee. This pageant will not be based on a point system. The judges will be instructed to look for natural beauty, poise, and presentation. The judges are qualified & from another County. The judges decisions are final! No Exceptions!

I understand that I will not hold the director or any of the volunteers liable for any accident, injury, lost, or stolen items before, during, or after the pageant. I understand that any un-sportsmanship like behavior will not be tolerated and could result in disqualification without refund. I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable once the pageant begins. Good Luck to everyone!

DUE TO THE WEATHER FORCAST- WE WILL BE RESCHEDULING THE VALENTINE'S DAY BEAUTY PAGEANT FUNDRAISER - THE PAGEANT WILL BE HELD AT THE SAME PLACE & SAME TIME ON FEBUARY 25TH!

DUE TO THIS INCONVIENCE WE WILL STILL TAKE ENTRIES AT THE DOOR WITH NO LATE FEE! YOU CAN STILL GET PRE-REGISTERED CALL DANA @ 615-666-9482 TO REGISTER OVER THE PHONE.
