February 12, 2005 at the Macon County Jr. High School
1003 Hwy. 52 By Pass E. Lafayette, Tn.
Registration from 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M.
Pageant will begin at 1:00 P.M.
Attire : Pageant or Sunday Best
Proceeds will be donated to the
Ronald McDonald House Charities
in honor of Dylan Chandler Stafford
and to help with his 3rd open heart surgery scheduled in June.

Age Divisions; Girls, 0-11 mths., 12-23 mths., 2-3 yrs.,
4-6 yrs., 7-9 yrs., 10-12 yrs., 13-15 yrs., 16 & up.
Boys; 0-2 yrs., 3-5 yrs. Entry for all events is only$25
DEADLINE IS JANUARY 31, 2005 (all entries must be postmarked by this date) Donations are also accepted and greatly appreciated!!! We Love you all!!!
