Me too. I would not say AT40 Flashback dies, as I never saw the Flashback programme as a separate show.
I believe Flashback is or was just a way to recycle the old material, on wich Premiere has access now.
If they found a more lucrative way to use it ( XM-Radio ), it's only natural they use it.

Others than that, it was always clear "Flashback" would be a temporarely format of the show only.
