Subject: Unbelievable AT40 story

I was listening to the American Top 40 show from July 31, 1971, and Casey Kasem mentioned a story about John D. Loudermilk, the songwriter who wrote the No. 1 hit, "Indian Reservation" by the Raiders, and said that Loudermilk was kidnapped by Cherokee Indians and he stated that the Indians wanted Loudermilk to tell a story about the Cherokee Indians, and if he didn't, he would receive torture that he couldn't even imagine. So he decided to tell the story about the Cherokee Indians in the song "Indian Reservation". Casey mentioned that was the most unbelievable story he had told on AT40 at the time. I couldn't believe that someone actually got kidnapped by Cherokee Indian. I would like to know if there were any other stories told on AT40 that were more unbelievable than that.
