While I didn't notice...I wouldn't be surprised. They have been doing this, probably since the beginning, for time. If the show runs short by a few seconds, they can repeat verses of songs to make up for the time.

If you listen to AT20, it seems to be a bit more common, but it does happen on AT40.

Just like sometimes you will notice they will cut a verse (they recently did this with Underneath It All on AT40) if they need to.
