Subject: FLASHBACK IRONY.....

Dear AT40 Fans:
I invite you to check out a feature that comes in the AT40 Flashback show airing this weekend.
For the 3/26/83 show, "Stray Cat Strut" by the Brian Setzer-led Stray Cats is at #21. And preceeding the song is a series of a half dozen drop-pieces of 1950's rockabilly songs that are aired to feature the Stray Cats' unique rockabilly-like sound.
The real irony is that the last drop-piece is "Summertime Blues" by Eddie Cochran.
Who would portray Cochran singing "Summertime Blues" in the 1987 movie "La Bamba" four years later.
Yup, Brian Setzer.
