I think everyone has their favorite character. No body wants their favorite character dissed. I'm sure if a bunch of people starting dissing Tyr there would be plenty of Tyr fans very upset over that. So, it's the same reason Dylan fans get upset over the dissing of Dylan.

I think Dylan may get a bit more dissing because the character is the focal character of the show. The show is about him and revolves around him and Dylan is in every ep, from a little bit to a lot. So, for those whose favorite character isn't Dylan it would be easy to dis him because their favorite isn't on every week, and the stories don't involve their favorite character all the time.

Anyway, it's natural that each person has their fav character and each person would love to have their fav showcased all the time, or at least much of the time so they can see their fav. When it doesn't happen it can be upsetting.
