Yeah, I thought about how Dylan feels about Nova Bombs too. I know folks thought he was arrogant and all because he has them but feels no one else can. I didn't see it that way. Yeah, he has them, but he hates them. He didn't use one during the fall and it cost him. That in itself should tell people how he feels about them. He took one from the kids simply as a back-up plan given the universe he is in, but you could see how he didn't like it.
I also have to say I love the Dylan/Trance dynamic. Someone else pointed this out, but Dylan gets very protective of Trance. And I don't think it's because he thinks she is just cute and innocent. It's like no matter what she says or does, he generally supports her, and follows in line. In Slipfighter, if Beka or Tyr had said, "no this way" he would have said, "why". Trance says it and he simply says "okay".
There is definetly something there, IMO.
