Good grief! The ratings for Enterprise are down 42% over last year! They are tacking a commercial for the show onto the new movie in a desperate effort to draw people in. I know they had interviews with Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner during the commercials of the broadcast last night in a desperate bid to bring in viewers.

The folks who are moaning over Andromeda's drop should take a look at Enterprise's numbers! Yow. As someone who has found the characters on Enterprise to be so dull that I can't even remember some of their names, I can understand this. For all the problems Andromeda has had, at least the characters are interesting and we care about what happens to them!

Yeah, Enterprise has twice the budget of Andromeda, appears on something like a real network at a standard time, has had tons of advertising and promotion, has better editors, and lots of other advantages but it is still sinking like the Bismarck!

I know Andromeda is good to go for next year. It would appear Enterprise may not be. Hmmmm.
