i like this poem alot, there is a good story within and powerful emotions. the imagery is great, although the only thing that tripped me up, really, is the use of the words "goblet" in line 25, and "chalice" in line 34. i don't know, something about the connotation differs a bit, it does not match with wineglass in my mind. beyond that the imagery and story are great.
