Routine is so much easier than change

We had a chemistry directly God-sent

You couldn’t handle the epiphany
Though I thank Him that I’ve helped you
Your life still unchanged, no light you can see

Now I was a passing fad
Helped you emotionally
Why was I so easy to forget?
This lack of love is killing me
