it's not really poetry.


school started today. not for me. i'm still a waste.
we all hung out on sunday.
____ didn't come.
"Did you not come because of me?" i never asked.
____ told me that night that ______ had a cyst on her ovaries.
He was in a pleasant mood.
He smiles a lot.
i'm glad someone's happy.




i'm so afraid right now. all i want to do is cry. for hours. but i can't get out that first tear, that first brave soul to lead the rest through a downpour of outletting anger and sadness into a salty sea of relief. no one will ever know. no one will ever hear. my voice is as small as me, and my hope is smaller.
