very tangerine

pull back the peel and slip inside
i love the feel, like the sweetest dream
better than orange, i often thought
this is very tangerine

i come, i feel something so real
i go, i take something to remember the taste
awake, i still dream of all the petty things
i drink, i dream, this is very tangerine

pull back my skin and look inside
i bet you'll see much less machine
don't think if you know it feels right
this is my tangerine

i come, i feel, i just throw away the peel
