Hi,

I�ve been doing the microcosmic Orbit quite often in the last months and then moved on to Mantak Chia�s Fusion of the Five Elemnt which is basically an extended Version with a special focus on creating a pearl of energy in the first Tan-Tien and absorging external ebnregy by the way. I found it really good, when absorging the external enrgys you have a very strong feeling of flaoting energy, much more than doing the microcosmic orbit alone. Since I am rather a beginner on that path, I�d Like to hear more on the subjekt (There�s a homepage of Chia, I Thimk its www.healing.tao.com)
