Subject: bloody ebony fatale drags herself into the forest, collapsing at its edges...

Long, deep gashes covered her back legs, there were shotgun marks in her shoulders, burns and scratches all over her muzzle�would she live? She could hardly walk now, but with a little help, who knew what would happen�she softly cried out for the pack, her pup, Blitz, and the others�they all thought she was dead, and she almost was�but she had a strong spirit, and not even the humans could get rid of her that easily�she wondered if she would ever be the beauty she once was�maybe not, though she would restore herself as best she could�her tough, independent spirit would always be the same�after all, it was the inside that mattered, right�suddenly darkness closed in, as she fell unconscious due to blood loss & pain�
