What power you wish- Creating very small black holes/stars, basically creating very small celestial bodies. If it's too much, let me think for a day or two.

Sort of, creating a miniature burning ball of gas or rip in the fabric of space-time. A burning ball of gas being a star and a rip in the fabric of space-time being a black hole. Like making a small ball of light or patch of black appear in front of me, except they're stars or black holes.
