power: i would like the power to orb things to me and away from me , me to place and other to places. I would like powers because i think there may be some magic flowing in my blood because, i am a filly, yet i am 13.5hh. So if i am magical i should surely be able to hinda conrole my power, if i get one!

That's a toughie...I think to get a power it's really a requirement to live in the mythical section. Try the adventure or power board...they can give out restricted powers.
