She arrogantly tosses her purple-gray mane, revealing piercing blue eyes. Elrion dances with impatience, gold hooves lightly touching the ground. She visibly restrains herself, then speaks with a clear and fearless voice. "I seek the power to conjure storms, to make the wind howl and lightning strike at my will!" Her voice rises in cresendo until it looks as if she might do just that!

You need to put down the stats in the standard way. Next...You can only control one element of the weather, like only lightning, or only wind.
