Hmm that is kinda mean. How about take their power for and be able to use it three times, but they they can too. Outside of battle it fails.

So during battle you can suddenly change into a wave of water, column of fire, etc? Sounds cool. But you could only stay that way for, oh let's see, 5 posts sound good. Okay?
