Why can't you give powers to wolves? I'm a wolf and you said to my brother that you couldn't give powers to wolves

I actually do not know why we can't, but that's always been the rule. Only Mythicals can have powers just granted to them in this place. If you want, you could always ask the wolves main King, or that Ashley who made the game up. Or suggest it to your Council rep, altho I don't know how that works.
