That's kinda vague, can you be a little more specific? Like over bodies of water, water jets, something like that?

Well I was thinking so I could like make water in the form of a unicorn or something, be able to move it, make title(sp?) waves and stuff. Not like shoot it out of my horn or anything. Just really to be able to move around the water in lakes...
