Subject: Wales and Scotland

Went for a piss when England got that penalty 10 mins from time. expected to return having conceded another 3 points. Amazing they didn't kick the points. 10 minutes later everyone was shaking their heads and laughing that we could be out of the game for so long and still win it. Disbelief. Mobile was ringing constantly, and drove into work in Guildford the following day with a Welsh flag hanging out of the back window of the car. About time we'd had something to shout about. Work was great. They were all sooooo gutted - as I'd have been had the shoe beeen on the other foot!

Better than Wales beating Ireland in Dublin? Well, not quite, but certainly capped our weekend. I felt sorry for a couple of the English guys, who were so well out numbered by Irish and Welsh. There was one though, who suddenly lost his tongue and started feeling foolish having been so load mouthed before the game began. He left pretty sharpish at the final whistle ;-)
