West Virginia high school classifications for 2004 through 2008

New Classifications By WVSPN.com Staff

The WVSSAC has released the new classifications for schools beginning in 2004 and lasting four years through 2008.

Switches that stand out? Bridgeport and Lewis County both move up to AAA, Sherman, Calhoun County and Tolsia rise to AA, while Tug Valley, Man and Richwood fall to Class A.

West Virginia High School Classifications
for 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08
released by the WVSSAC. The new classification counts students in grades 9 to 11, including ninth-graders in feeder schools.
