Take Charge College Recruiting Service is here to help schools find you and start recruiting you immediately by sending emails directly to coaches! We don't put you on a website for coaches to find you - we know they do not have time for this.

We have helped players in every grade from seniors to 8th graders start their recruiting journey, including some of the following players:

8th Grader: "We have been working with Take Charge Recruiting for 4 short days. My daughter is a 2016 graduate and we could not be happier with the jumpstart we have on her dream of playing college softball. We've received between 2 and 5 responses per day from a number of D1 and D2 schools asking for skills videos, requesting tournament schedules and explaining the benefits of unplanned visits. Definitely not the typical "canned" responses one would expect. Thanks to Christine for building the profile, initializing communications with colleges and keeping us in the loop. I would highly recommend your recruiting service to anyone as I believe if an athlete has a good work ethic to play hard and manage their academics they can pay their own way for their education and it can be done playing a sport. Finding the right fit is the trick and your recruiting service will take the pain out of the process. Parents do not have to spend years understanding the system - you guys already know the rules. Your service can provide the guidance and support to create a "good match" for the player to the school program. There are so many scholarship openings out there for the female athlete it is a quite overwhelming and most families are so oblivious to the possibilities at the time they need to be in the know. A player does not have to be a superstar to get a scholarship! The teams have to be filled with good players who connect to the coach, the school and the academic program that is being offered - that is what creates a successful scholarship offer. There are so many options of level of play, type of school, and direction that without a recruiting service you would be unable to even fathom what is available out there for your player. I truly believe if a girl wants to continue to play sports- you can find a place for her and someone else will help pay the bills!”
