Subject: Midland Lady Knights hitting stride

Since dropping a 1-0 decision to AA power, Sissonville, the Knights have reeled off 7 straight wins, including a pair of 1 run victories over Ripley and Logan.

Midland's defense and pitching is top notch and the bats are starting to come around. In the past three games, the Knights have pounded out 27 hits and scored 14 runs.

The team plays again Monday night in a varsity doubleheader against George Washington. The game is a Midland High School.
