Didn't clintons try back in the 90's? As far as the french, didn't thousands of them die last year because they couldn't afford to run A/C? In a situation like that I guess you would need something for free. And al gore made money off of alot of blind followers. I'm still not convinced that man can make one bit of difference with climate change I'm certainly not going to sit down and have someone like al gore try to explain it to me. Especially since he had to be shamed into renewable energy. There's certainly enough hypocracy to go around. As far as the health care system, it's going to take alot of cash from somewhere.
