I guess you haven't heard about such a thing. Ca problem was that they didn't allow new power plants(Most new ones are powered by natural gas) to be built. They thought they could buy the electricity off the grid but when the price jumped as they went in to buy large amounts and the State had a law that the utilities could only sell that bought power to consummers in CA at a fixed low cost, the local CA untilities were claiming they would go bankrupt. It's like telling a landlord that he has to buy a house for one million dollars and then he must rent it out for one hundred bucks a month. I guess I was right that you could not comprehend the facts in my post. you have imbrasened in your mind that it was some kind of scheme to screw little people but what it really was was a total screwup by the leftist government of CA that thought it could defy the laws of economics and common sense.
