They use the same clinical practice guidelines you idiot. The only difference in access, cost, and quality of care. And, we all know that private care is not accessable to everyone and what you don't know about quality standards would fill the Astro-dome, that is after they get all the people out of it that had...ummmm NO Healthcare.
