Subject: Dry Red Skin Around Eyes

hello,

i have been looking for information on this but cant seem to find any , anywhere,

I was wondering, i have noticed that i have been blowing my nose ALOT for the last few months, and noticed that the skin around my eyes are really red, dry, itchy flakey skin, i think i have allergies but not sure, i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before? or if theres anysort of cream or something that can get rid of the redness?
