Sounds to me like the U.S. isn't honoring its word; otherwise, we would have have already prosecuted Bush and Yomama. What's inconceivable is that we would be a signatory to Liberal nonsense such as this in the first place. If a dirty bomb were ticking away in D.C., and we had a guy in custody who knew where it was? Jack Bauer would be on the case so fast it would make your head swim.
