One can legally drive on private property all day long without a license, and without insurance. A license and insurance are only required when someone freely decides to drive on public roadways. Now how does this relate to a government mandate that every living person must buy health insurance? Can't say that I know the answer to that, but of course I'm not suffering from the mental disorder known as Liberalism.
