Wrong again, Fact Man. The Supremes have ruled that sitting presidents must comply with a subpoena duces tecum (which relates to physical evidence such as documents and recordings not covered by executive privilege), but that's it. They have never ruled that a president can be forced to testify in any criminal court proceeding...including a grand jury. For many decades, in both Demorat and Republican administrations, The Office of Legal Counsel has ruled that sitting presidents cannot be indicted or forced to testify in any criminal case. There's a host of reasons for this, including the inference in the Constitution. If the mental disorder known as Liberalism is preventing you from understanding and accepting this, I don't know what to tell you.

Interestingly, a president can be sued civilly while in office, but only for something totally unrelated to his official duties and responsibilities. If you don't believe that, just axe Klintoon.
