Subject: More strangeness

Jeb Bush issued an EO declaring martial law on 9-7-01. This order was a reissue of a previous EO. The only change was to include terrorism as a reason to declare a state of emergency. A state of Emergency was declared in Florida before it was any other state or district.

Also, on July 26th a state of emergency was declared in Florida due to a Fed-Ex plane crash that was carrying election filing forms for those running for multi-county office. The EO extended the deadline for filing forms and fees for another twenty-four hours.
