Your disapprobation seems to indicate that you would find it just and appropriate for the partner in the remotest reaches of the cold Northwest to be held equally liable for acts of the partners in busy New York doing their "bizness"? Even though said partner might quite probably have no information at all as to how the NY office is conducting bizness with the big boys? Limited Liability partnerships have been a fixture of the business world for some time. Has it just now crossed your horizon?

Can you address the roles of Mr. (Senator) and Mrs. Gramm of Texas in this debacle? Or does your radar only detect Democratic wrongdoing?
