Bush's budget assumes the GDP will grow 36.4% by 2011.
He assumes that inflation year to year will be less than 2.4% for all years after 2002. From a base CPI of 172.3 in 2000, he assumes a CPI in 2011 of 222.3. He uses 1982-1984 as the index years (100). He assumes an annual average of unemployment less than 5.5% after this year, and 4.9% every year after 2005.
