I am trying to make this as easiest as possible for everyone to schedule when YOU are available. The Festival is April 6-7 at the City Park, Erath, beginning @ 10:00 on Sat until 10:00p.m. then Sunday 8:30 mass in the park until 7:00p.m. I wasn't at the meeting where they scheduled to run so late on Sun, but they know that I can't have LifeTeen cover after 4:00 p.m. Sun. We will try to do as last year, 2 hr shifts. You will be allowed to stay at the festival for free, but if you leave you will have to pay when you return if you aren't scheduled to work again (you can if you want to). You will have to sign it at the gate on Patrick O'Toole (in front of the Dole's old house) and pick up your volunteer badge. As far as I know right now, we will be collecting at three gates and serving food @ the food tent and possibly serving coke and water. Call 937-8140 or email me! Thanks :-D Saretta
