*he raises his head and clicks up his ears, alert. He hears something coming through the brush.*

*Snowstar continues sleeping, oblivious to her surroundings. She is jolted awake by her sister, who is whining insisently. Snowstorm has her head raised. Her sleep was inturrupted by the light sound of something approaching the pack. She waits patiently, sifting the air with her nostrils. Blizzard is also aware of the approaching stranger, but quicly relaxes. His acute sense of smell, which surpasses that of his sister's, has already identified Sirus returning home.*

*Sirus can already hear the pack's awareness to his reutrn. He emerges from the brush, showing no sign of guilt or fear. He trots over to the stream with his nose in the air, and drinks quietly. He look around cautiously, and walks over to a nearby tree and sits down.*
