*he sees his son emerge from the brush, and whines with happiness. He approaches the grown pup, hiding his relief. His eyes are stern as he looks down at Sirus. He walks up to him stiff-legged, and bearing his teeth.*
You are in trouble, not only from me but Raven as well. Go to him.

*Snowstar sees her brother's return, and she leaps to her feet. She almost approaches him happily, but she sees her father's anger, and she stops short. She looks to Snowstorm, who is also on her feet. The sister notices her father's brief look of relief, and then she acknowlegdes his anger. She stays put and tells her sister to do likewise. Blizzard enjoys the whole scene. He dislikes his brother, and looks forward to his punishment.*

*Sirus walks out form the brush, his tail high, and head up. He i determined to be dignified even in his punishment. He looks at his father, and then to Raven. He sits down to await his punishment. He is fullgrown now, as are all the pups. He is tall and well-built, and he knows how to defend himself. Yet he knows if he resists Raven yet again he will be banished fron the pack. He watches Raven approach.*

*Apollo looks away from his son, only to catch a glance at Snowflake's retreating shadow. He whines to himself, and know he will grieve her presence. But he has no time to think of her. He has to attend to his son.*
