Subject: agility and strength training

I tie 200 pound rocks to both of my legs and 300 pound rocks to each of my arms. I then turn the gravity to 135x earth's gravity and run around the ship, do pushups, walk on my hands and jump up and down until i get the hang of the gravity along with the rocks. when i get the hang of them i go over and turn the gravity up to 150x earth's gravity
