okay, i think that if someone is challenged for their position, they should be obligated to reply or they lose their spot. I think it is unfair because people are merely obtaining there positions then lingering there, avoiding all IM's etc. This is extremely unfair and stupid, for why should they be a leader without earning it? I think if someone is currently unable to battle that is okay, but deliberately ignoring them is stupid. And I think we need to give the obligation of IMing to one person or another.
