Just picked this one up today, and am listening to it now. Interesting and Mellow stuff.

Must admit to never having heard of them before and didn't even realise it was a new release (or that I got it before the UK relaease, like Geogaddy) until I got home and checked the warp site. Bought it on the strength of the description taped to the front in the shop. All in Japanese other than the words DUB, TRIP-HOP, LO-FI and SKINT. Thought, that must be worth a look. And it is prooving to be.

Im playing it on the media player on my PC and the artist is coming up as Jay Denham. Is that his real name?
And I wonder why all the track tittles are different from those on the Inlay.....
Odd.
Lots of Warp for me recently and I haven't been dissapointed.

The Missus Got Kenj Ozawa's new one (Eclectic) which is nice in a chilled, popish way. He's the former Partner of Cornelius who's new Album is supposed to be great in a Trip Hoppery way. Should get my hands on it....

HiHo

Just to add to the review a little.

Starts slow and mellow with non electronic type samples (rain, conga drums, wood, the like)
Starts to pick up in tempo and move across in to ectronics as the album progresses.

Im Enjoying this first listen through.

Oh, on a different note, my MD player bust, after only 8 months, and I took it back to the foolish chimps at Yodobashi Camera today. Its gonna take 3 weeks to fix!
Bloody hell. How to deal with train comutes withought my tunes!
Shit.

Might have to read a 'book'

Joke that, by the way..I am very well read. Oh yes.
Currently reading a book called 'The Arabs' Which I picked up for 60p second hand. I now know all about Nasser and other post war arab leaders.
Anthony Edan was a twat.
Well, anyway......
Oh Dave, I looked for the Rabbit Trilogy but they didn't have it. Maybe I shall have to order it, or oif you like you could nip down to the Library and Photocopy it for me. Shouldn't take long...

Run..

;
That loos quite like me.
