Well Milady, it is not a Celestial but one who follows the path.. One who seeks wisdom in the stars, one who seeks inner peace more than power, one who seeks balance between knowledge and strength. We are the seekers, the searchers, the wanderers and the questioners. It is no organization, no clan, but a mindset that binds a beast to the path.
