We were all foolish cubs, perhaps the purpose of youth is to learn from the foolishness experienced. As for mistakes, regretting them will do you no good milady. Let go and learn from them. 'Tis far easier said than done, but you must realize what you can derive from bad decisions and painful pasts. Truly the satisfaction of doing well as a leader should be substantial for you, letting others know is not as important as the act of leadership itself.
