everybody is talking about hits, so im gonna be original and talk about the html knowledge.

ok, half the people on expage dont know crap about html. that includes me too. i know some, but im not a genius. well anyways, the majority of people just go and copy the the ones that actually know about html.of course they do the right click, and they copy and paste. almost everyone does that. there are very few people that actually know about html and how it works, and what all the codes are. so, to answer your question about the growth of html knowledge, well in a sense, it's really decreasing. fewer and fewer people know html. you may think they are really good at it... but they arent. they are cheaters, copiers, whatever you wanna call them.
