I am glad there is someone here with good taste. Seth, I have a banner/graphic making program that I bought. I would tell you where to get it but that information is classified. If you want some good banners wait until I open my new site Webmaster's Resort. It will have a section where I make banners/types of graphics for people. Don't worry It won't just be another remake of FlamingText.com's banners like some expage sites do. It will be much better. I can do anything with banners except for flash. Obviously I am talking too much, if you want to discuss this matter further just Email me.
